ZOIC has already trained more than 985 clients (approximately 60% of whom were women) and collaborated with more than 17 organisations, most of which were microfinance institutions.  As of the end of 2000, 14 business plans were completed; 34 business start-ups fostered and 9 existing businesses were served.  As of December 2001, these numbers have increased.

The organisation has also developed the following manuals, self-paced books and miscellaneous publications over the course of its existence for its clients, trainees, and collaborators:
